Motions for the club A.G.M. - Proposed Committee Motions and Amendments for AGM Sunday 29 January 2012 Clause 5.4 Life membership: Delete existing clause in total and add: “Life membership of the club will be granted to any member who has given loyal service to the club and who is considered to be worthy of the honour. This can be recommended by the committee and elected by the members at the AGM”. Clause 6 Subscriptions Delete ‘Membership’ paragraph in total and add: “Membership: all members with the exception of Life Members will pay an annual subscription fee as set by the committee and approved at the AGM or an EGM expressly called for that purpose. Members wishing to play in competitive matches or just play socially will pay the full annual subscription. Junior members in full time education up to the age of 18 will pay an annual subscription equal to 25% of the full fee. The fee for non-playing social membership will also be equal to 25% of the full fee”. Clause 6 Match Fees Delete ‘without exception’ and add: “excluding junior members only” Nomination for Life membership: Arthur Jones Clause 4 General Committee “The committee shall have responsibility to administer club funds as it feels appropriate”.

13th of Janury 2012 Even More Breaking News - The acaDemy will be pleased to know that their table has been resurrected and is back in its rightful place.

26th of October 2011 Breaking News - £1410.00 prize money for the club from the 2011 season. Details of the relevant teams and the prize money won can be found on page 2 under 2011 season.

28th of December 2011 More Breaking News - Your committee members have not been idle during the close season. Your secretary Eryl Jones has for one been getting quotes for, as well as applying for a grant towards a canopy to the club pavilion. Dave Gaskell instigated the painting of the rails and pavilion floor. The benches are still witing to be removed.
